You can update your logo, branding and company info from within the admin menu. These images will be shown on your Recsite homepage used when publishing jobs externally. Your logo will also be shown on system emails.


You can easily embed your Recsite into your existing corporate website using the web elements code.

Under Settings you will find the embed code which will provide a responsive web element on your external website helping provide a seamless candidate experience.


A key success factor with direct recruitment is building out the correct business categories. With Recsite you have universal lists that cover job applications, registrations and search. These are editable within the admin menu and careful consideration should be given to them.


It's important to also provide your candidates with a privacy policy and terms and conditions for your website. You can create your own policy documents within the admin menu and these are available for review to applicants at point of apply.

Recsite provides some default policies however it is strongly suggested these are replaced with those that cover your own data policies.
