Recsite’s OnDemand module allows you to manage your candidate’s availability ondemand. Candidate’s are able to update their availability and this will pull through tot he candidate database for real-time search results.

HR staff can also assign work placements to candidates via their interactive calendars and these are stored as timesheets. You can also schedule interviews, reminders, calls and campaigns for both contacts and candidates and these will be shown on each recruiter’s custom calendar.
